Looking for a luxury group accommodation? 'SuyderZee' at De Strandhoeve is the place to be! This spacious accommodation consists of two atmospheric sections, 'OudLand' and 'NieuwLand', a nod to the history of the area.
With 15 comfortable rooms and space for up to 57 guests (and optionally extra camping cots for the little ones), there’s plenty of room for everyone. The rooms—suitable for two to five people—are equipped with all modern conveniences. Fast and stable Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, and thanks to the luxurious box springs, you’ll sleep like a baby.
Every room has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. The entire accommodation is wheelchair-accessible and features an elevator to the first floor. On the ground floor, there are five rooms, each with two high-low beds. Need extra care? The rooms Emmeloord and Baarlo have a mobile hoist system, both at the bed and in the bathroom.
In short, a comfortable and accessible place for a relaxing stay with the whole group!

From the covered terrace, you have a top view of the outdoor area. Here, you can play in the play tunnels and sandbox. Fancy a competition? Play a game of table tennis, kick a ball around, or challenge someone to a game of volleyball. In the corner, you’ll find a cozy campfire pit, perfect for chilling together. The pizza oven is also ready, and there’s plenty of space for a delicious barbecue.

Yes, at the location Uiterdijkenweg 59 (accommodations De Hoeve, PolderZicht, DijkZicht, UitZicht), we have four charging points for electric cars. At the location Uiterdijkenweg 58 (accommodations SuyderZee, OudLand, NieuwLand), there are two charging points.
The charging stations are managed by OpCharge. You can pay with any common charging card.
On weekdays, Strandhoeve can be reached by bus line 214, which runs from Lelystad via Emmeloord, Marknesse, Blokzijl to Steenwijk. Get off at the stop 'Uiterdijkenweg'; from there, it is about a 10-minute walk.
On Saturdays and Sundays, buses depart from Vollenhove and Marknesse, approximately 6 km away.

Pets are allowed, but only on the ground floor in the common areas (halls, living room) and in the bedroom on the ground floor. Please ensure that pets do not walk, lie, or sleep on the sofas. Bring your own basket or crate. Outside, your pet must be kept on a leash.
Check-in is generally possible from 4:00 PM.
Early check-in may be possible by arrangement; ask about it when booking!

- Friday: by 10:00 AM at the latest
The following items do not need to be brought by yourselves:
- Coffee filters do bring your own ground coffee
- Toilet paper
- Kitchen hand towels, tea towels, and dishcloths
- Dish soap and dishwasher detergent
- Trash bags
The accommodation includes children's toys and games. However, we cannot guarantee that everything is 100% complete. If in doubt, it is wise to bring your own toys. The outdoor area features small football goals and a volleyball net. Please bring your own ball!
We ask you to indicate approximately two weeks before arrival how many beds you would like in which room. We will then set everything up for you!
