Embark on a world trip without packing your passport at De Hoeve! Would you rather sleep in African vibes, bustling New York, or classic England? Our former B&B has been transformed into a cozy accommodation with four double rooms and four four-person rooms, all with private bathrooms. The Africa room even has a bathtub!
The rooms are spread across three floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully wheelchair-accessible room with two adjustable beds. The rest of the rooms feature comfortable box springs for a perfect night’s sleep.
In addition to the lovely bedrooms, you can gather cozily in the snug living room with a bar and cook together in the well-equipped kitchen. If the weather’s nice, just plop down on the adjoining terrace with a view of the large climbing frame. For even more outdoor fun, there’s a spacious recreational area of 2 hectares!
In short: a relaxed and atmospheric spot for a top stay with the whole group!

Ready for some more action? Walk through the gate to the large recreation area! There, you have over 2 hectares filled with forests, play ponds, football goals, and a volleyball net. And of course, a cozy campfire pit is a must—perfect for chilling out.
The pizza oven is ready and waiting, and there’s plenty of space for a delicious barbecue. In short, everything you need for a top-notch stay!

The accommodation features a free private parking lot with more than enough space for your entire group!
Yes, at the location Uiterdijkenweg 59 (accommodations De Hoeve, PolderZicht, DijkZicht, UitZicht), we have four charging points for electric cars. At the location Uiterdijkenweg 58 (accommodations SuyderZee, OudLand, NieuwLand), there are two charging points.
The charging stations are managed by OpCharge. You can pay with any common charging card.
On weekdays, Strandhoeve can be reached by bus line 214, which runs from Lelystad via Emmeloord, Marknesse, Blokzijl to Steenwijk. Get off at the stop 'Uiterdijkenweg'; from there, it is about a 10-minute walk.
On Saturdays and Sundays, buses depart from Vollenhove and Marknesse, approximately 6 km away.

Pets are allowed, but only on the ground floor in the common areas (halls, living room) and in the bedroom on the ground floor. Please ensure that pets do not walk, lie, or sleep on the sofas. Bring your own basket or crate. Outside, your pet must be kept on a leash.
Check-in is generally possible from 4:00 PM.
Early check-in may be possible by arrangement; ask about it when booking!

- Monday: by 10:00 AM at the latest
- Friday: by 10:00 AM at the latest
The following items do not need to be brought by yourselves:
- Coffee filters do bring your own ground coffee
- Toilet paper
- Kitchen hand towels, tea towels, and dishcloths
- Dish soap and dishwasher detergent
- Trash bags
The accommodation includes children's toys and games. However, we cannot guarantee that everything is 100% complete. If in doubt, it is wise to bring your own toys. The outdoor area features small football goals and a volleyball net. Please bring your own ball!
